A Fully Intact Abandoned House | Abandoned Time Capsule House

An amazing fully intact abandoned time capsule house in Southwestern Ontario. This home features beautiful stained glass windows & woodwork, a very unique staircase, entirely complete bedrooms and more.

This house has been vacant for roughly 7 years now. The family lives nearby & watches the over the house which has kept it in incredible shape aside form what the elements & raccoons have done.

It’s rare to find an abandoned house without a single window broken & even rarer to find one that had so many beautiful stained glass windows! I believe this house had at least three! There were talks of possibly turning this place into a bed & breakfast however it would take a lot of work just to clean out the clutter.

One of the best things, among many things, about exploring and photographing abandoned buildings is the collection of rare and unique items you find. In the case of this house, as you will see there was very much to be discovered in every room. Often times however, these unique things are found in a drawer or a cupboard and in those cases, they are impossible to capture. A perfect example of time standing absolutely still in an abandoned/vacant house in rural Ontario. It really is amazing to think that of all of the scenes just like this one that I have witnessed, tere are still so many more to be seen and found. Luckily in the case of this house, all is not lost.
