In the middle of a very expensive neighborhood where all of the houses are heavily secured by high fences and multiple security cameras, the eager Urban Explorer will find this Abandoned Mansion. Surrounded by high fence and well watched by homes on either side and across the street, also occasionally watched by a security firm.
In 2016 this house was valued at $4.6 Million Dollars and is owned by a foreign country who is exempt from paying property taxes in Canada. My research indicates that this abandoned millionaires mansion was left vacant in 2011 at the latest. I don’t want to give too many details as to giveaway the location, but there was talk in 2013 of work being done to restore the home, but clearly that never happened!
