2025 HOUSE UPDATE

This abandoned house had one owner since it was purchased in 1955. The owner passed away in 2011.

When I explored the house in 2022, I couldn’t imagine someone buying the house and fully renovating it.

Inside, the house was a death trap with soft sagging floors, holes in the roof, terrible mold and water damage in every room.

I have since learned that the house was bought likely right around the time that I explored it, the new owners gutted the house and flipped it into a beautiful new family home.

The real estate listing stated:

I was blown away when I saw the real estate photos showing how this house, that was once an absolute death trap, was entirely flipped into a beautiful family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
