Is This Real Estate Photography or is This an Abandoned Luxury Mansion

Some “abandoned” locations are so clean and untouched that often this question comes up “Is This Real Estate Photography or is This an Abandoned Luxury Mansion?”  I can tell you without a shred of doubt that this location is not on the real estate market, it is not for sale and it has not been lived in for some time.

What I can also tell you is this is a beautiful abandoned luxury mansion, maybe not a mansion by todays standards, but a luxury mansion nonetheless.  With a large lofty living area and fire place, an incredible sun room that overlooks the large outdoor pool, three regular bedrooms and a large master bedroom, this is the kind of house many people would love to live in.

Outside, a large back yard, a tennis court and basketball court, outdoor pool with a slide and pool house and a beautiful stone patio.

My guess, this home will soon be demolished to make way for a larger more modern home, but for now it sits empty and vacant, cobwebs growing by the day, paint starting to peel and some evident water damage in the ceiling.

Here is a small photo gallery from an abandoned luxury mansion, NOT to be confused with Real Estate Photography!
