Abandoned 19th Century Stone Mansion

Abandoned 19th Century Stone Mansion | 1830’s Abandoned Mansion | Heritage Mansion

This 19th century stone walled abandoned mansion is a grand, Tudor Revival, stone building that features a steeply pitched gable roof, a projecting gabled frontispiece, prominent gable chimneys, and hipped dormer windows

The property was established here in the 1830s and some of the buildings were used during the 1st world war as a military hospital.

This specific building does have heritage designation however there are no plans at all to do anything with it. While the exterior seems structurally sound, the inside is in much rougher shape
