Twenty Million Dollar Vacant Toronto Mansion

This vacant billionaire’s mansion was once listed for nearly $20,000,000 on the local real estate market, finally selling at a much lower $16,000,000.

Located on a very large plot of land backing onto a much sought after ravine, this mansion is over 20,000 square feet and features hand painted ceilings, crown mouldings, chandeliers and so much more.

Join me and my friend s0s1nc3r3 as we explore this massive 9 bedroom luxury mansion, with a grand ballroom, huge wine cellar, games room and more!

I don’t have a whole lot of info on this vacant mansion in Toronto.

What I do know is that it was originally built in 1966 by a wealthy salesman & his wife.

Then in 2008 their kids constructed a large addition to the home including a 4 car garage, a guest house on the 2nd floor & a large ballroom that was actually supposed to be an indoor pool.

The home apparently sold in 2021 to a lottery winner then the story goes that he went bankrupt & never lived in the home.

Allegedly now the bank owns the vacant mansion & does little to nothing to maintain it.
